• Job PurposeAct as the right hand to the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Support team leadership, client engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Translate high-level sales goals into actionable daily tasks.
• Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support & Coaching: Assist in leading, motivating, and mentoring sales representatives.
• Sales Planning: Contribute to strategic sales plans, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Client Management: Handle key accounts, resolve escalated issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track quotas, analyze sales data, and report metrics to senior management.
• Recruitment & Training: Help onboard new sales staff and conduct product/skills training.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management). MBA is an advantage.
• Experience: 3–5 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years in team leadership or key account handling.
