Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and fit.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
• Promote add-on sales and cross-selling to increase Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Store Operations:

• Ensure products are properly displayed as per Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the showroom.
• Arrange merchandise neatly and replenish stock on shelves.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock.
• Support stock counting and inventory audits.
• Report damaged or missing items immediately to the Store Manager.

Billing & Cash Handling:

• Assist customers during billing.
• Ensure billing accuracy.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions as per company policy.
• Maintain proper cash discipline.
• Customer Satisfaction resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Handle product exchanges and returns as per company policy.
• Collect customer feedback whenever required.
• Deliver a pleasant shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
