Job Description

  • Manage bookings through email, WhatsApp, phone, and booking platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors for Meet & Greet, lounge, buggy, wheelchair, porter, and VIP services.
  • Verify booking details and ensure timely service confirmation.
  • Handle vendor payments, invoices, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain DSR, booking records, and payment details.
  • Coordinate cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and vendors.
