Job Description

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
  • Ensure smooth opening, closing, and functioning of the outlet.
  • Maintain company standards for cleanliness, appearance, and customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where required.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and repeat business.
  • Monitor product movement and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Ensure staff maintain proper communication and professional behaviour with customers.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and shift schedules.
  • Monitor employee performance and discipline.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Prevent stock shortages, excess stock, damage, and wastage.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, display, and issuing of products.
  • Report stock discrepancies and damages to management.
  • Monitor daily billing and cash collection activities.
