Guest Relation Executive

 Key Responsibilities

• Customer Hospitality: Greet walk-in clients warmly, guide them to appropriate showroom floors or specialists, and manage hospitality arrangements during their visit.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationship networks with repeat buyers and VIP clients through personalized follow-ups for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries).
• Event Coordination: Assist in organising in-store high-tea parties, exclusive festive campaigns, preview viewings, and jewellery expos.
• Escalation Handling: Address client queries, grievances, or service delays smoothly and professionally to protect the boutique's luxury brand image.
• Operations Support: Manage front desk documentation, maintain basic customer data trackers, and coordinate with store managers to ensure a smooth floor flow.

Key Skills

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and the local language is highly prioritised).
• Appearance & Grooming: Immaculate personal grooming, posture, and present ability matching luxury retail standards.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly pick up knowledge about precious metals, stone types (diamonds, polki, gold), and ongoing schemes.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
