Operations Manager - Multi-Brand Cloud Kitchen (KPHB)

We run a multi-brand cloud kitchen from a single KPHB facility, serving three live brands on Swiggy and Zomato. We are looking for a Head of Operations to run the entire KPHB operation on the ground - output, food quality, hygiene, discipline and platform performance. You will report directly to the owner, and the Operations Supervisor and kitchen team will report to you.

What you will own

1. Daily kitchen operations across three brands from one kitchen.

2. Inventory control - stock counts, wastage, storage discipline and holding vendors to quality and timely supply.

3. Packing quality on every order that leaves the kitchen - correct items, correct portions, sealed properly.

4. Swiggy and Zomato partner panels - menu accuracy, item availability, storefront uptime and operating hours.

5. Ratings and reviews. Lifting the rating average and cutting the share of 1 to 3 star orders. This is the quality half of the job and it is measured.

6. FSSAI compliance, hygiene standards and food safety audits.

7. Team management - rostering, attendance, discipline, training and retention across both shifts.

8. Standard operating procedures - write them, enforce them, audit them.

Who we are looking for

- 6+ years in cloud kitchen, QSR, multi-outlet restaurant or food production operations.

- Has run a full operation or multiple outlets, not only a single shift.

- Hands-on with Swiggy and Zomato partner dashboards.

- Strong on inventory, wastage control and kitchen discipline.

- FSSAI and food safety audit experience.

- Able to run and be present for a late night operation. The kitchen trades until 3 AM.

- Comfortable with Excel, dashboards and WhatsApp based reporting.

- Telugu and Hindi required. English sufficient to work the platform dashboards.

Please do not apply if

- You have only dine-in restaurant experience with no delivery or aggregator exposure.

- You cannot commit to the night operation.

- You are looking for a chef or kitchen production role. This is an operations role.

How performance will be measured

- Order accuracy and dispatch time.

- Rating average and share of 1 to 3 star orders.

- Hygiene and food safety audit compliance.

- Stock accuracy and wastage.

- Team attendance, discipline and retention.
