EV Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and hire Delivery Partners (Riders), Drivers, and Field Executives for EV operations.

Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and local hiring campaigns.

Generate candidates through field sourcing, job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks.

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Verify candidate documents and maintain recruitment records.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.

Coordinate with Operations and Hub Managers to understand daily manpower requirements.

Ensure timely joining and minimise candidate drop-offs through regular follow-ups.

Visit hubs and recruitment locations to support bulk hiring activities.

Track daily hiring metrics and submit recruitment reports to the reporting manager.

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation standards.

Develop relationships with local institutes, training centres, and placement agencies for continuous candidate sourcing.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience in EV, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or E-commerce hiring.

Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel locally for recruitment activities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Target-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
