Lead Assembly Technician

About Us

We design and manufacture robots. We are now moving into batch production.

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI

Experience

4–8 years in mechanical assembly, R&D production, or machine building. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler workshop experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incoming quality inspection of all parts
  • Sub-assembly and final assembly
  • Shop floor line supervision
  • Operator training
  • Assembly records and documentation

Technical Skills Required

  • Engineering fits and tolerances
  • Fastening and torque control
  • Mechanical assembly methods
  • Measuring instruments and metrology
  • Engineering drawing reading
  • Basic wiring and connectors

Preferred

Engine or gearbox overhaul · OEM or dealer workshop · 5S · basic computer use

Selection Process

  1. Interview with the team — 30 minutes
  2. Practical test on the shop floor

The practical test will be fully explained on the day. No preparation is required.
