Job Opening: Purchase & Inventory Management Executive (Mobile Industry)

We are hiring a Purchase & Inventory Management Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the mobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation and physical stock audits.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Analyze inventory trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for inventory optimization.
• Handle vendor negotiations, pricing, payment follow-ups, and purchase documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and inventory control procedures.
• Work with ERP systems and advanced Excel for purchase planning, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in purchase and inventory management within the mobile or smartphone industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
