Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit prospective business customers within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate Raysoft.AI's products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field prospecting and networking.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Requirements0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting customers face-to-face.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Smartphone required.
Proficiency in English and the local language.
