Job Description

A factory worker operates production machinery, assembles parts, inspects product quality, and packs goods for shipment while following strict safety rules on the manufacturing floor.



Job Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and production line equipment safely
  • Assemble goods or components by hand or using tools
  • Monitor production flow and remove defective items
  • Pack and label finished products for shipping
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and floor
  • Report equipment issues to supervisors immediately

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear gear
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
