We Are Hiring – Executive Assistant

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹18,000/- In-hand (Based on Interview)

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Preacher in donor relationship management and fundraising activities.
• Identify and coordinate with prospective and existing donors.
• Organize donor meetings, home visits, and fundraising events.
• Make follow-up calls to donors regarding donations and provide regular updates.
• Maintain donor records, reports, and contribution details using MS Excel.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and other administrative activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to donor engagement.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a graduate
• Male candidates only.
• 0–2 years of experience in Administration, Executive Assistance, Customer Relations, Telecalling, or similar roles.

·       Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be an added advantage.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

·       Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.

·       Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.

·       Passionate about serving in a spiritual and value-based organization.
