Job Description

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Use pleasant language and anticipate your client requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them.
  • Give knowledge correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.
  • Sell Products by establishing contacts developing relationships with the clients.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked take care of the display Manage returns of merchandise
  • Promptly submitting customers purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Providing after Sales service to the customers.
  • Maintaining Inventory Collection of Customer Data
