About Pavani Creations

Pavani Creations is a growing fashion retail brand specializing in readymade blouses, fabrics and sarees, with multiple stores across Hyderabad.

We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing and cash counter operations.
• Generate accurate bills using the store billing software.
• Receive cash, UPI, card and other digital payments.
• Maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
• Handle returns, exchanges and billing corrections as per company policy.
• Reconcile the cash counter at the end of each shift/day.
• Coordinate with sales staff regarding billing and customer requirements.
• Assist customers at the billing counter in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure proper packing and handover of purchased products.
• Report any billing, payment or cash discrepancies to the store manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter.
• Follow company policies regarding discounts, offers and payment procedures.

Requirements

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS software.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash calculations and digital payments.
• Honest, punctual and responsible.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years in cashiering, retail, supermarkets, fashion stores or similar customer-facing roles.

Working Hours

As per store shift timings.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
