Business Development Manager (BDM)

Kotcharla Design & Infra is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the medical, sports, residential, and commercial infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue.
• Manage on going projects in vizag
• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, schools, sports academies, real estate developers, and corporate businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, doctors, architects, and government officials.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with the internal design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred.

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or architectural industry.
• Strong network and connections in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and business expansion.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
