Taxi Booking Sales Executive

Booking cum Customer Relation Executive Requirement – Earn upto Rs. 30k per month

The work is at Quick Ride (Rideasy) Taxi counter on Arrival floor at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. 

When the passengers arrive from Arrival gate, we need to assist them with Booking using our Booking app and guide them to board the taxi. The taxi are waiting at Arrival parking area.

We shall approach passengers proactively and shall not hesitant.

English speaking should be good and Hindi / Telugu one language should be known well.

Executive shall wear the Uniform, attend on-time to shift and be proactive infront of counter.

Typically 9hrs shift and there are 3 shifts to attend on rotation. Weekly shift gets rotated. Shift timings are 6.30am to 3.30pm ; 2.30pm to 11.30pm; 10pm to 7am. One week one shift. 

One day is given as week off and typically planned each week beginning. The same to be followed. Unplanned leaves not allowed and it causes business loss, if anyone takes it is counted 2 days leave and penalty. Emergency leaves for real emergencies on approval on phone and evidence to be given. 

Some customers may prebook ride and we need to call and coordinate those customers with directions to counter and help to board the cab. (Scheduled rides)

We shall also ask Customers to download the Quick Ride app and if they download, they get Rs. 50 off on the ride fare. The executive gets Rs. 20 for each download as incentive. 

New members first week is under training and during this time the expectation is to do atleast 10bookings. 2nd week onwards atleast 15 bookings. 3rd week onwards 20 bookings. After a month member becomes very competent and he is expected to do 25 bookings on week days and 30 bookings during weekends. 

Candidate shall be available at counter always(Except 1 lunch break 20mins and 1 short break 10mins allowed) and should post login logout with GPS Camera every day. 

Candidate is expected to stay within 15km distance from airport. Typically PG at shamshabad or nearby. 

Salary starts at 20k for fresher. And 23k for min. 6months experienced on same domain. 

After joining if any member wants to leave, can resign with 30 days notice period for F&F. 

Weekly and monthly incentives are given. Typically if a member maintains 500 bookings in one month he can be expected to get atleast 6k incentives; If he maintains 600 bookings, he can get 9k+ incentives adding to salary.  

The incentives are assigned based on 5 goals : a) Booking count 2)App download count 3) Schedule trips completed %ge 4) Quality rating from customer 5) Discipline of time and punctuality .
