Job Description for Business Development Executive/Manager (Female)
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients and business opportunities, prospecting and evaluating their position in the industry, and researching and analysing sales options. Product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Skills
1. Sales of commercial IT, Hardware and Software Solutions
2. Presentation skills, demonstrating and presenting products
3. Manage all phases of client relations to finalise an agreement
4. Follow and execute on monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Establish a sales pipeline and sales funnel
6. Prepare Reports
7. RFP making and submission
8. Educate customers on products
9. Develop and maintain a personal network to nurture new lead opportunities
10. Analysing customer IT setup and recommending solutions
11. Help the customer in decision-making by advising on the solutions that suit their applications.
12. Responsible for developing, managing and closing leads to maximise service, productivity and merchandising
13. Get the order loaded into the system
14. Retain customers through better response and support
15. Prepare budgetary quotes and proposals
