Job Description
Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Advisors.
Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets.
Generate Life Insurance business through the advisor network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Ensure quality business and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and training sessions with advisors.
