Assistant Accountant – Tally Prime & MS Excel

APAZ Radiators & Oil Coolers is looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
• Handle GST-related accounting and reconciliation
• Assist with e-way bills and invoice-related documentation
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain accounting reports in MS Excel
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents
• Check accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors
• Assist management with routine accounts and financial documentation
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounts-related documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience
• Graduate; B.Com preferred
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is essential
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles
• Good data-entry speed and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Experience in manufacturing/automobile or auto-component companies will be an advantage

Important: This is primarily a Tally-based accounting position. Candidates should have practical experience with Tally Prime and be comfortable handling routine accounting entries, GST-related work, Excel reports, and reconciliations.
