Tally Trainer

Job Title: Tally ERP / Tally Prime Faculty

Work Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: Monday to Friday / Six-day week (as per institute schedule)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tally ERP / Tally Prime Faculty to train students and working professionals in accounting, taxation, payroll, inventory management, and GST using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, practical industry experience, and excellent teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Teach accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping, financial statements, and business accounting.

Train students on:

• Company Creation & Configuration
• Ledger & Voucher Entries
• Inventory Management
• GST, TDS & Taxation
• Payroll Management
• Banking & Reconciliation
• Cost Centres & Budgeting
• MIS Reports and Financial Reports
• Backup & Data Security
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions with real-time business scenarios.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide individual guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest Tally features, GST regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist students with interview preparation and placement support.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
• Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Accounting and Tally.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Payroll, Inventory, and Banking modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Practical accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to explain concepts with real-time examples.
• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Income Tax and basic financial compliance is an added advantage

Experience:

• Freshers with excellent Tally knowledge may apply.
• Experienced trainers will be given preference. Similar Tally faculty roles commonly seek practical expertise in Tally, GST, payroll, inventory, and accounting, along with teaching and communication skills.
