About Societrack

Societrack is a cloud-based Apartment Management & Accounting platform designed to help apartment associations manage maintenance collections, expenses, financial reports, and resident communication with complete transparency.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executives to promote Societrack and onboard apartment communities across Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Visit apartment communities and residential societies.
• Meet Apartment Secretaries, Presidents, and Committee Members.
• Demonstrate the Societrack application.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
• Assist customers in starting the 15-day free trial.
• Follow up with customers and convert them into paid subscriptions.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, demos, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the founder to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Intermediate.
• Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Good communication skills in Telugu. Hindi and English are an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and tablets.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
