Job Description:

St. Mary’s Rehabilitation University is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our admissions team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing information about our academic programs, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain university programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and other relevant information.
• Counsel prospective students and address their queries regarding admissions.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update lead status.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Submit daily/weekly reports as required.

Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in both English and Telugu is mandatory.
• Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making frequent calls and working with sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or admissions will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must have a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection to work from home.
