Key Responsibilities – SSO ( Student Support Officer )

• Make 100–150 outbound and inbound calls daily to prospective students.
• Conduct consistent and effective follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions and student engagement.
• Generate student walk-ins and schedule counselling appointments.
• Provide accurate information on universities, colleges, courses, scholarships, and overseas study destinations.
• Promote university programs and communicate their key benefits to prospective students.
• Stay updated on overseas education trends, admission requirements, visa regulations, and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with Destination Counsellors for student profiling, counselling handover, and further application processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, call logs, and student interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure timely responses to student inquiries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the counselling journey.
• Actively participate in lead generation, prospecting, and student engagement initiatives.
• Convert prospective leads into qualified counselling opportunities and admissions.
• Perform regular CRM updates, ensuring all student data, lead statuses, follow-up activities, and remarks are accurately maintained.
• (SSOs) during onboarding.
• Adhere to the organization's calling process, follow-up timelines, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the organization in achieving admission and enrolment goals through effective communication, coordination, and follow-up.
