Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
Imprimis IVF is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to
handle inbound and outbound calls, generate appointments, follow up with prospective
patients, and provide information about our fertility services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Schedule patient appointments and follow up on leads.
Explain basic information about IVF treatments and services.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
Coordinate with counsellors and the centre team for seamless patient support.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of telecalling/customer support experience (Healthcare experience
preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
