Telecaller

Accacia is an AI-enabled platform helping real estate and infrastructure companies achieve net-zero goals. As part of our Solar EPC (Ground & Rooftop) vertical, we are hiring a Telecaller to drive the top of our sales funnel. You will make outbound calls to industrial, commercial and residential prospects, explain the benefits of switching to solar, qualify genuine buyers on the basis of electricity bill, roof/land availability and budget, and fix site-visit appointments for our field sales team. You will also follow up on inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, exhibitions and referrals, and keep the CRM updated at every stage. This is a high-volume calling role with clear targets, structured training on solar basics, and incentives linked to qualified leads and closures.

1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or customer support.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn solar basics may apply.

Experience in solar, EPC, real estate, or any B2B/B2C outbound calling environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make 80–100 calls per day from assigned databases (industrial estates, commercial establishments, housing societies, digital leads) to introduce Accacia's rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions.

Lead Qualification: Capture monthly electricity bill, sanctioned load, roof/land area, ownership status and decision-maker details, and grade each lead as hot, warm or cold.

Appointment Setting: Fix and confirm site-visit appointments for the field sales team and share complete lead context before the visit.

Follow-up: Run a structured follow-up cycle on inbound enquiries, quotations sent and cold leads until the lead is either converted or formally closed.

Basic Solar Explanation: Explain, in simple language, how rooftop solar works, approximate savings on the electricity bill, subsidy/net-metering availability and typical payback period.

CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate, daily entries in the CRM/Excel tracker — call logs, lead status, next action date — and submit daily and weekly calling MIS.

Coordination: Support the sales and operations teams with client documentation follow-up (bills, KYC, sanction letters) wherever required.

Requirements

Graduated in any discipline

Clear, confident and polite communication in Hindi and Punjabi; working knowledge of English

Comfortable with high-volume dialling, targets and daily reporting

Basic computer skills — MS Excel, email, CRM data entry
