About the RolePlaceTie is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant training programs, and supporting the enrollment process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective candidates through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course details, fees, and learning options.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
• Qualifications & SkillsGraduation in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
