🚨 We’re Hiring | Site Supervisor / Site Engineer / Site In-Charge

Think Routes Interior & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor / Site Engineer / Site In-Charge to join our team.

📍 Location: PAN India – Based on project/site location

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

🏗️ Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall site activities and execution.

2. Supervise carpentry, electrical, POP, painting, tiling, ceiling and other interior works.

3. Understand approved drawings and take/verify site measurements accordingly.

4. Plan and monitor daily & weekly site activities in coordination with the Project Manager.

5. Coordinate with vendors and labour teams for smooth execution.

6. Ensure timely availability of materials and raise material requirements in advance.

7. Monitor daily work progress and ensure assigned targets are achieved.

8. Maintain labour attendance and stock records.

9. Ensure quality standards and workmanship are maintained.

10. Share daily progress updates, photographs and weekly reports with the internal team/client.

11. Identify and resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to the reporting manager.

12. Monitor site safety and ensure proper safety practices are followed.

13. Manage petty site expenses and maintain proper records.

14. Coordinate for snag clearance and successful site handover.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.

2. 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/construction site supervision.

3. Good knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.

4. Ability to read and understand drawings.

5. Good communication and vendor/labour management skills.

6. Willingness to travel/work at different project locations across India.

7. Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
