Site Manager

We are looking for a highly competent, proactive and execution-driven Interior Project Manager who can independently manage multiple interior sites and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

This role requires someone who can foresee site requirements, anticipate problems before they affect timelines, plan materials and manpower in advance, and take complete ownership of site execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Independently manage 3–4 interior/turnkey sites simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely progress across all sites.

● Prepare detailed site execution plans, work sequences and short-term schedules based on project timelines.

● Anticipate upcoming work and ensure that materials, drawings, approvals, vendors and labour are organised well in advance so that work does not stop.

● Understand architectural, interior, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling and other technical drawings and ensure correct execution at site.

● Calculate and plan material requirements and quantities for different activities and coordinate procurement/delivery at the appropriate stage.

● Closely monitor material usage to minimise wastage, shortages and unnecessary purchases.

● Identify quality issues, execution errors and technical problems at an early stage and provide practical solutions immediately.

● Coordinate efficiently between designers, clients, contractors, vendors, workshop, procurement teams and site supervisors.

● Plan and tightly manage labour and contractors to achieve maximum productivity and daily/weekly targets.

● Ensure that different agencies are properly sequenced so that one activity does not unnecessarily delay or damage another.

● Conduct regular quality checks and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, finishes and workmanship standards.

● Maintain proper site measurements, material records, progress reports, checklists and snag lists.

● Track pending decisions and approvals and follow them through until closure.

● Handle multiple issues simultaneously and make quick, sensible on-site decisions and problem-solving interventions.

● Ensure sites remain organised, safe and professionally managed.

● Take complete responsibility for timelines, quality, coordination and execution until final handover.

● Technically strong with excellent understanding of interior execution and drawings.

● Experienced in turnkey residential/commercial interior projects.

● Strong in material planning, labour management and vendor coordination.

● Extremely organised and capable of multitasking across multiple sites.

● Firm with contractors and labour while maintaining professional working relationships.

● Strong at quality control and identifying workmanship issues.

● A practical problem solver who comes with solutions rather than simply reporting problems.

● Able to work under timelines and take end-to-end ownership of projects.

● Good at communication, follow-ups and maintaining accountability across teams.

Most Important

We are looking for someone who treats every project as their own responsibility. The Project Manager should know what is required next, what could potentially go wrong, what material needs to reach the site, which agency needs to be mobilised and what action needs to be taken — before it becomes an emergency.

Experience: Preferably 5 plusyears in Interior / Turnkey Project Execution
