• Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, references, and walk-ins.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with developers and channel partners for project updates.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking and post-sales support.

• Graduation / MBA or currently pursuing
• Passion for sales and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
