Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Okhala Phase lll, Delhi

Experience Required: 

2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or Customer Support Executive.

Experience in an Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Engineering will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales Team and customers for inquiries and order processing.

Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, sales orders, and follow up on approvals.

Handle customer communications through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order execution.

Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.

Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.

Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Prepare monthly sales reports and update CRM/ERP systems.

Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience in preparing quotations and sales documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
