Production, Inventory & Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Production, Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day flow of goods in our business.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that stock is properly maintained, production happens as planned, orders are packed correctly, and dispatches go out on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of raw material, packaging material and finished goods inventory
• Track daily stock inward and outward
• Monitor stock levels and highlight items that need replenishment
• Coordinate and plan daily production requirements based on orders
• Ensure production quantities are completed correctly and on time
• Maintain daily production records
• Coordinate packing of customer and bulk orders
• Check orders before dispatch for correct product, quantity and packaging
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records
• Coordinate with delivery partners/transporters for timely dispatch
• Track pending orders and ensure nothing is missed
• Report stock shortages, production delays or dispatch issues to management
• Help maintain an organised stock and production area
• Who We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, production, dispatch or operations
• Comfortable maintaining records in Excel/Google Sheets or basic software
• Good with numbers and stock quantities
• Organised and capable of handling multiple orders
• Responsible and attentive to detail
• Comfortable coordinating with production workers, packing staff and delivery partners
• Willing to work in a hands-on operational role

Preferred BackgroundCandidates who have worked in food manufacturing, sweets, bakery, FMCG, retail, warehouse or similar small manufacturing businesses will be preferred.
