Job Description
Key Account Executive
We are looking for a Key Account Executive to manage client communication and coordinate projects from initial requirement to final billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls, queries, requirements, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare project costings and estimations based on client requirements.
Coordinate and initiate project production after order confirmation.
Liaise with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide Work Completion Certificates (WCC) to the installation team upon project completion.
Coordinate final billing and ensure timely closure of projects.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
