Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager-Interiors to lead the end-to-end execution of luxury interior design projects across high-end villas, apartments, kothis, and commercial spaces. This role bridges creative vision with disciplined execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and top-tier quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate across design, procurement, and site teams for seamless workflow.
- Track project timelines, budgets, work progress, and site issues proactively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for updates and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and billing records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
- 5+ years of experience managing high-end interior projects.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and client communication skills.
