Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and delivering projects within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
2. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor the quality of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, glass, and finishing works.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues.
6. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
7. Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on site activities.
8. Verify site measurements and executed quantities.
9. Monitor material deliveries, usage, and minimize wastage.
10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain proper site housekeeping.
11. Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
