Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive

Reports to: Founder

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: On-site, Gurugram

Type: Full-time

About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, multitasking generalist to support day-to-day marketing, design, and operations. You'll work directly with the founder, own small-to-medium responsibilities across functions, and help the brand move fast.

Key Responsibilities•   Design graphics, infographics, and marketing creatives (primarily in Canva)

•   Execute digital marketing tasks across channels

•   Handle MIS work — maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reports

•   Prepare challans, bills, and basic operational documentation

•   Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, Perplexity) to speed up and improve output

•   Take on ad-hoc, complex tasks as they come up

•   Support the founder on daily execution

Requirements•   Solid Canva skills and an eye for clean, on-brand design

•   Working knowledge of digital marketing

•   Comfort with spreadsheets and MIS/reporting

•   Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, Perplexity)

•   Strong multitasking ability and willingness to own day-to-day responsibilities

•   Cheerful, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have•   Experience in a startup or D2C environment

•   Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
