Position: Dispatch Executive
Department: Dispatch / Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and courier partners.
- Check products and quantities before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update stock.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports.
Skills Required
· Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches.
- Attention to detail.
Qualification: 12th / Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years preferred.
