Job Description

  • Content CreationShoot property walkthrough videos and reels.
  • Record sector reviews, investment tips, and market updates.
  • Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts, and LinkedIn content.
  • Design thumbnails, carousels, and promotional creatives.
  • Video EditingEdit short-form videos with captions, transitions, and branding.
  • Produce 30–90 second reels optimized for engagement.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding.
  • Social Media ManagementManage YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Publish content on schedule.
  • Lead GenerationOptimize content with SEO-friendly titles, hashtags, and descriptions.
  • Capture inquiries from social media and website.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt lead follow-up.
  • Maintain a lead tracker and campaign reports.
  • Brand BuildingShare client testimonials and success stories.
  • Highlight project launches and market updates.
