Job Description
Handle customer calls, service requests and complaints related to RO Water Purifiers.
Coordinate with customers and technicians for timely installation, service and AMC visits.
Schedule daily service and installation appointments and follow up with customers.
Prepare and maintain service records, customer details and daily reports.
Follow up with existing customers for AMC renewal, paid service and spare parts requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure complaints are resolved on time.
Maintain professional communication with customers through phone and WhatsApp.
Generate new service/AMC leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Good communication, customer handling and basic computer knowledge required.
Location: Delhi-NCR
Experience in RO Water Purifier / Service Industry will be an advantag
