Job Description:

Nabhisha Foods is hiring a Cook for our cloud kitchen in Sector 111, Gurgaon (near Puri Diplomatic Greens). We run 4 food brands (North Indian, Tandoor/Kebabs, Indo-Chinese, Italian) from one kitchen, delivering via Swiggy & Zomato. Looking for someone comfortable working across tandoor, wok, and gas range stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes across North Indian, tandoor, Chinese, and Italian menus
  • Maintain strict veg/non-veg separation in prep and storage
  • Ensure hygiene, portion consistency, and timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with helper/packer during peak order hours


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a restaurant/cloud kitchen (multi-cuisine preferred)

Tandoor and wok experience a strong plus

Punctual, hygiene-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced delivery kitchen
