Job Description


  • Prepare and cook café menu items (snacks, fast food, beverages) with consistent taste & quality
  • Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations during working hours
  • Maintain proper portion control and reduce food wastage
  • Assist in menu planning and new item suggestions
  • Handle raw materials and maintain stock properly
  • Coordinate with staff for smooth order flow
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment

  • Experience as a chef/cook in a café or quick service restaurant
  • Knowledge of fast food & café-style cooking
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work under pressure during rush hours
  • Honest, punctual, and team-oriented
