Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or servicesGenerate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.Follow up with potential customers to close pending sales.Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.Update customers about new product launches, promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
