About the RoleOutreachSpot IT Solutions is looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Link Building, Keyword Research, and Google Search Console, along with an understanding of modern SEO trends such as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research based on user intent and search demand.
• Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, schema, and internal linking.
• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, digital PR, and outreach.
• Conduct website audits and resolve SEO issues.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and competitor performance using SEO tools.
• Analyze competitors and identify new ranking opportunities.
• Create SEO reports and recommend optimization strategies.
• Work closely with content writers and designers to improve content quality.
• Optimize websites for AI Search, Featured Snippets, and Google AI Overviews.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of SEO experience
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
• Experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush (Preferred)
• Screaming Frog (Preferred)
• Knowledge of backlink analysis and link-building strategies
• Understanding of EEAT principles
• Basic HTML and WordPress knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Guest Posting and Digital PR
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website speed optimization
