Assistant Site Engineer

Civil Site Engineer – Aarna Constructions & Interiors. We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer for residential and commercial construction projects in Greater Noida/Noida.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Execute work according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors and project management.
• Check column, beam, slab and footing reinforcement before concreting.
• Prepare and verify quantities and material requirements.
• Maintain daily site progress and report work completed.
• Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage.
• Ensure proper workmanship and construction quality.
• Check levels, dimensions, alignment and measurements at site.
• Coordinate concrete casting and other critical construction activities.
• Maintain basic site records, measurements, photographs and progress reports.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Identify site issues early and coordinate with senior engineers/project management for resolution.
• Candidate Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of practical site experience preferred.
• Good understanding of RCC and building construction.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of reinforcement, BBS, and quantity calculations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Candidate should be comfortable handling labour and contractors at the site.
• Should be responsible, disciplined, and willing to work full-time at project sites.
