Sales Executive / Territory Sales Executive

Location: Azamgarh | Mau | Ghazipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + TA/DA + Incentive

Job Type: Full-Time Field Sales

Experience: Fresher / Experienced Both Can Apply

• QualificationD.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred
• MR / Pharma / Healthcare / Cosmetic Sales experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
• Two-wheeler & smartphone preferred
• Job Responsibility – KRAAssigned territory mein regular market visit
• New outlets / customers develop karna
• Existing customers se repeat order badhana
• Product presentation & promotion
• New areas / markets open karna
• Distributor / retailer relationship maintain karna
• Outstanding & payment follow-up
• Daily sales & visit reporting
• Monthly sales target achieve karna
• Daily KPI18–20 Physical Market Visits
• 8–10 Productive Discussions
• 3–5 Strong Follow-ups
• Daily New Customer Development
• Daily Reporting Mandatory
• Monthly KPI450–500 Market Visits
• 80–100 New Outlet Contacts
• 15–20 New Outlets Open
• 10–15 Productive New Outlets
• Minimum 50% Repeat Order Conversion
• Assigned Monthly Sales Target Achievement

Performance EvaluationPerformance will be measured on:

• Sales Achievement – 35%
• New Outlet Development – 20%
• Repeat/Productive Customers – 15%
• Market Coverage – 10%
• Collection – 10%
• Reporting & Discipline – 10%

Salary & Growth₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
