Position

Sales Executive (Showroom & Project Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, marble, and granite solutions.
• Generate quotations and follow up until the order is closed.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Generate new business through site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and timely follow-ups through CRM, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales (building materials, tiles, marble, sanitaryware, furniture, paints, or luxury retail preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, CRM).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
