Store Assistant (with Dispatch & E-commerce Support)

Location

Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, Ghaziabad

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Strong academic background with consistently good marks throughout education.

* Preference will be given to candidates with good analytical and organizational skills.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in handling stores, inventory, and dispatch operations.

* Experience in e-commerce dispatch (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) will be preferred.

* Experience in consumer electronics, office products, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.

* Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.

* Perform regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

* Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.

Dispatch Management

* Prepare dispatches accurately as per invoices and orders as per specifications.

* Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics companies.

* Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.

* Track shipments and maintain dispatch records.

* Minimize dispatch errors and ensure timely deliveries.

E-commerce Operations

* Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

* Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping.

* Handle return and replacement inventory efficiently.

* Maintain dispatch SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.
