JD FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
We are the North India distributor of 3M India Ltd., with a team of more than 450 employees across 40+ locations in North India.
We are a growing organization committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and business excellence. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the business.
* Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
* Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
* Submit regular market feedback and business development reports.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Automobile Industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
* Ability to identify new market opportunities and achieve business targets.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
