Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Perform account reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting-related matters.
  • Draft and respond to professional emails related to finance and accounts.
  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and accounting standards.
  • Support management with financial reports and other accounting tasks as required.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in professional email writing.
  • Working knowledge of GST and TDS filing.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
