About the Role

Rooly Media is looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to manage real estate and other clients, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams. You'll be responsible for coordinating lead generation campaigns, content creation, and project updates while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, Video, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Share regular campaign and project updates with clients.
• Schedule client meetings, collect feedback, and ensure timely approvals.
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain client records.
• Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
