Job Title: Human Resource Manager – Hospital
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to manage human resource operations in a hospital or healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, staffing, HR policies, attendance, and ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and non-medical employees.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate staff training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor staffing requirements and support workforce planning.
